Miss Eden nursed for about 2 months, then the milk dried up and she had to go on special formula that was $24 a can. She was on bottle for 7 months and was on a sippy from then. She is tiny tho, 15 months, size 12 months clothes and only 19lbs. She never took a binky, and didn't suck her thumb either. I guess we got really lucky. She has slept thru the night from about 7 months on and will sleep til 9 every morning. When she wakes up in the morning she just plays in her crib til we come get her. She lets us sleep in until 9 or later on the weekends. I guess for me it's hard to get me to wake up in the night. Sleep apnea. Have it bad but much better since I got my machine.

The wifey wants another baby but I'm not so sure on that. We got 4 right now and I'm 32. I don't want to be in a nursing home with kids still in school. (Lol). I have 2 kids from other relationships, she has 1 from her ex and then we have miss Edie bean. We have a his, hers and ours.

-14c/+7f this morning. Snowed a bit last night.
It's supposed to warm up near freezing this weekend, so I think I'll put up our Christmas lights. :)

Sunny day again, I'm loving it! 60's this weekend is going to be VERY strange for first days of December, but I'll take it.
Brandon, I say go for it, another baby! If the love is there, the kids will be blessings. And, 32 is definitely not too old. Lots of "kids" these days are waiting until 30 to get married, for goodness sake. My son is 28 and daughter is 27, neither are married, no grandkids. Other cousin's kids are same way. Seems either kids have kids before they are married, and still in their teens, or they wait until 30 to start a family! :) Your little one is adorable!

Hey my best friend had a baby at the ripe age of 44! Now kid is 3, and boy us she cute!! Keeps her mom busy and young!! Extra kids are a blessing, why not, if you got four what's one more! The more the merrier I'd say.... coming from someone with none!!
If I did have a kid at this age, I would probally sleep with kid and breast feed till they were three!!! My hubby was an only child, mom had him late in life, dad was retiring, and out popped John! His aunties used to say he was breast fed till he was over three!! He turned out to be a very kind and loving husband!! :) :) :)

Hey my daughter is 43 and having another baby in Feb. Her first child is 23yrs old.........talk about a gap! I had my first at 20 and my second at 23. Got it over when young and now can enjoy them and their little ones and still have lots of time for myself and hubby to do whatever we want
I was an only adopted child and hubby came from a 10 kid family
I found my blood mother when 22 and my half sister who is 4 yrs younger than me. Still looking for blood dad's family now and then, sorta.

Ryan, I was 36 when I had my last one. He's 6 now, and a handful lol. Although I'm older and have more patients now, I'm also more tired :) so there are good and bad ways to see it. Lol. I wouldn't change a thing though. ;)

It would be so bad with the kids if the wife didn't have her in home daycare 24/7. Yes that's right 24/7. She gets up around 5 and her last kid doesn't go home til around 11 pm. We are pretty exhausted when its time for bed. She makes good money doing daycare but she is trying to get away from the 24/7. More like a 6-5 thing is our goal. Our kids are 10, 5, 3 and 15 months. We stay busy all the time. Makes me wonder how I have been able to manage the pond but we make it work.

I enjoyed my GPF friends outside this morning! 62 degrees ... I know it's not normal, but what better way to enjoy the day than outside on my deck, listening to my waterfall, enjoying my fish (who are equally enjoying the warm temps!) and chatting with my GPF friends. Priceless!!!

You guys are making me cry  Sure would be nice to be warm and dry for awhile instead of damp and cold...........it's not horribly cold, just enough to make you not want to go outside in it. It's not actually raining at this minute but give it a few seconds and it will be :grumble: Guess we need to turn into snowbirds.............but what would I do w/ my fishies?

The damp cold is the worst! Chills you to the bone JW! We had freezing rain yesterday, streets all got salted so there are now dry, but the sidewalks are still glare ice! Currently -6 c, don't know off hand what that is in Fahrenheit, not at home, at Costo sitting with my mom, she's just ate a hot dog, now she is looking at her receipt, she does not know that this tablet takes pictures, he he he. O:)
