Agree with Colleen above, you will have to plant a Piggy garden, just for him, so he can dig and eat to his heart's content! Maybe some corn or beans or something that would be good for him to eat. LOL
Addy, your plants look great! I just noticed this morning my Mandevilla vine FINALLY died! The clematis behind it, which I thought was already dormant, is green, though, so it was there, I just could not see it behind the Mandevilla. I decided not to deal with bringing in the climbing vine again. It's tall and heavy to move the arbor and pot together, so I let it die. It sure held on a long time, though. Maybe, if I'm lucky, it will come back in the spring, but sure not expecting that to happen.
Colleen, that gingerbread house was really cute! Very well made and decorated. And, can I assume you were teaching the "build a gingerbread house" class in your witch outfit?! Cute!!!
I think it only got down to about 34 here last night, up to 37 now, sun is shining so brightly, going to be a beautiful weekend! Going to ask neighbor if she wants to ride horse/mule with me this afternoon, show me a few trails by her house. That way I can ride and not have to ride the roads here ALL the time. That will be nice! Otherwise, plans are to take down all my solar lights around the ponds that are more fragile and put them away for the winter. A few I can leave out, though. Just figure the snow and ice will deteriorate them much quicker so save them for when I can be outside at night to enjoy them in the spring-fall.
