Brrrrrrrrrrrr, I'm so cold right now and need to get my butt over to the wood cutting place to help hubby. In the 30's right now but I must say it is sunny outside. Maybe it's colder in this cold house right now than outside. One can only hope. Only 16 more trees to cut. Off w/ their heads! Can't wait to get home and light the fire in the wood stove..........geeze I haven't even left yet

Right now here it is like 56 and we had one heck of a storm blow threw about 8:30 tonight...at least 45 mph winds and alot of rain (which we needed). Was 77 for the high today and suppose to be in the upper 30's tmrw. ya...just wait a day it'll change thats nebraska weather lol. Have the pond cleaned out and didnt get the tarp over it so now there is water in it again...but going back into the 50's by monday so will just let it dry out again and then cover it.

Sun/clouds off and on all day. Got in a horseback ride this afternoon, temps were 65, but wind chill made it much cooler, 20-30 mph winds all day. Getting much colder tonight, highs only in low 40's tomorrow. Brrrr!!!
Going to take my favorite Veteran out to supper tomorrow night! My son has the day off, well after getting off work at 6 a.m., will sleep some, and then we will go out to eat and visit tomorrow evening.
Thanks all veterans around the world for helping keep our Country safe!

It was 34 here this morning, sun shining brightly, and winds howling all night and still this morning. Horses standing facing east told me the wind was out of the west. LOL I hate the winds I get out here, on the "prairie", nothing to stop them, but I love my ponds, so it's a trade off.

Been in the 70's here the last couple of days and got my lawn mowed ,did not do the back lawn though in the fenced in section .Mike came a painted all the trim on the house for me and all the drapes have to be picked up at the cleaners and had to explain why I have not had the chance to pick them up .I hate my passion flowers they come up everywhere .It has shoots under my front porch and under my back deck .The little tentacles coming out of the flower are the seeds of the plant

Glad to see ya back sissy and hope things get better for you soon. I read your other post about what happened.
The Passion vine is pretty but sounds like it wants to take over your place and can you eat that fruit?

Mine does the same thing but I never get fruit on mine. It's supposed to be a tropical but I think if the roots are protected it comes back every year. 83* yesterday and 73* today. Rain and 50 tomorrow.
