What does your pond look like ... Today?

The kids had a good time checking out the snow and walking on the deck ponds. It has been years since we have had any decent snow. Already a lot has melted off.

Did you see those squirrels? and birds..............the ground was covered with birds and squirrels snacking on the bird seed.

What is that snow blower noise!

Oh my gosh! It's so pretty... when it's at someone else's house! haha!

I got them real cheap, think it was dr foster and smith on their close out page, years ago. They are on the deck with the deck ponds, no fish to protect, but there are some frogs. Right now not sure how the frogs and tads are doing, the ponds might be frozen solid. They are shallow like 18 inches or so.

Oh my gosh! It's so pretty.

I love the ice covering it sparkles like someone decorated every tree, every bush, every leaf, glows when the sun comes up. It all melted yesterday, the ice. I was out before sunrise to grab the shots. Hard to capture the shine on a photo. Maybe if I was a professional I would know what settings to use lol.

Chilly evening. Had a big cold front come through today.

We are being warned of 3 inches of rain coming tonight, high winds, like 60mph, thunder, etc. They are telling people be smart stay home this storm is bad! Warm today, right now 42f, heading up to 60ish, then 17f tomorrow am.

Your new puppy got big addy .We are at 53 degrees already today and said up to high 60's with rain and they said it will get heavier ,but tomorrow only 34 degrees and then back up to 50's .I call it the yoyo effect .Never sure what to wear from one day to the next .At leasdt in NJ I could pack my summer clothes away come fall but here I have to keep some out .

He is as tall as Missy but only weighs 4 lbs. Skinny and lanky very fast!

Glad I paid my insurance for the year. We have already had are site underwater twice now if three inches hits at high tide im screwed
