it is close to freezing this morning. Lets hope CE is OK and wind did not blow her away!
I got the new Gazebo up last night, worked the fingers to the bone putting all the pieces together, thumbs seems worn out from garden work and then all the screws in the Gazbo, but all the hard work was worth it. Had fun inside the cosy new outdoor "woman cave" and had another big fire! ha ha ha!
Love my underwater lights!! Think I am going to nap in Gazebo after work this morning cause feel tired.

75 to 78 degrees all day! Sunny until 2:00 or so, but still a beautiful day. Been working on the pond all afternoon, and it looks like my Super-Duper Custom Scooper Filter (patents pending) will be in operation shortly! It's only been three years in the making. All my goldfish have been moved from various tubs and containers to the pond to replace the dearly departed koi, and are getting REALLY hungry. Water temps now around 68 F. Looks like we'll get a summer after all, if only for a few days. Rain predicted for the next six days!

Really warm today but also very humid. Just had a t-storm warning, and now things are cooling down to 65 degrees.

I could use some rain in my area, seems it has rained north, south, east and west of my house. We got some last night that wet the concrete but that seems to be about it. I have had to fill my pond up with the hose several times already. There seems to be a huge line of storms from Wisconsin to Texas so maybe tomorrow it will be here. My sprinklers have needed some repair so they aren't fully functional yet. It is 81 now but my car at 3 said 91, that is too hot for May.

Rain all day here. Storms last night. 2 tornados touched down in Iowa last night. One an F2 did some damage but could of been worse. No one seriously injured. None in my area so happy. My daughter was in the warned area. Went to the basement but everything ok. I enjoy a good thunderstorm but I sure dont want to see any tornadoes or strait line winds! Pond is overflowing. Now the cool front is coming in and we are suppose to get down to about 45 tonight. Cool all week. :(

Sunny and hot here today! Up in the 70's and that's hot for us. More of the same for the next few days. Got lawn mowed and weights put on air line tubing so the darn things will go down deeper in the water. I need to start going for a walk either earlier or later in the evening cuz it was a hot one out there at 10am :)

I must have missed something Addy, never knew your hubby was in hospital, hope all is going ok and wishing your hubby a speedy recovery!

I see some of you way down south are getting really hot weather already, wish I could have some heat right about now, caus morings are darn cold! Right now about 40 degrees (+5C) , going to wait till that hot sunny ball warms up the earth before I go outside again this morning.

Yesterday was just lovely in the afternoon, the sun came in just right and I had a little snooze in the new Gazebo after work, heat was hurting a little, so going to lay off the wine for a while!
