Sissy they prolly read what you wrote above and jumped on the free return!

Drab day w/ no rain here. Might be able to get a dry walk in if I hurry. People up the road have solar for their manufactured home. Big long square panels all lined up right next to the road. I'll snap a picture and post it next time I walk by there. Sure does take up lots of room. I thought most people installed them on their roofs.

Solar trees, wow! What must the space aliens think when they look down at us from above :alieneyesa:

Maybe the stink bugs are edible? Oh wait you don't eat meat....................are they considered meat tho? Might give you some really good protein sissy :biggrinangelA:

Went and found this just now:

In Europe and US, stink bugs are considered just agricultural pest insects, because these hardy insects can create large populations, sucking plant juices and damaging crops. Some can be predators of other insects, especially of beetles.
Unlike other insects, bugs secret a stinky secretion as a main defense. When disturbed, stink bugs will release the pungent liquid, whose rancid almond smell is due to cyanide (a powerful poison) derived chemicals. Still, giant water bugs are eaten fried in Laos and stink bugs are famous in the Indigenous Mexican cuisine.

Patiently waiting for siding and window contractor to arrive. It's sunny and cool out so a perfect day for them. The sididing is safely in the garage and the contractor is bringing the two new triple pane low-e back wall windows. Time to get this party started!
Foreman called around 11. It's tomorrow now. Alway's tomorrow. He asked if this and that were delivered. This was delivered but alot of that wasn't so he has a trailer load of other materials to get. He and his crew should arrive tomorrow just in time to unload then call it a day. Glad I do not have his job. Probably always has a headache. :)

Gosh, only a high of 56 tomorrow. We are 10 degrees below the average for this time of year. I've been hearing that we are suppose to have a bad winter, hoping that's not true but thinking maybe it is :(.

Just looked through Sat. here. Looking like a broken record, but one that I'm not willing to request to be fixed! Now it's saying right at 80 for highs, mid to upper 50's for lows .... my AC has been off for over a week, and open windows at night is heaven to me! Only chance of rain is tomorrow, and that's just 30% in the morning. I sure wish we could get some rain, but I'll sacrifice my yard for the farmers to get their corn out. It's not nearly all the way dried out, but as the neighbor says, the hybrids have thinner stalks, and any big wind at this point is going to lay down the whole field. So, they sacrifice wet corn for getting it all! And, it's coming out in semi-loads! Grain wagons and semi trailers are having a hard time keeping up with the combines!
