What is your weather like ... today

cold yesterday, Hot here today! Rained missed us again except for 0.01 inch

I got a break here in the rains from Kilimanjaro at around 3:30pm so took off for my walk. About half way into it it started to pour. I came home as a drowned rat,lol! It rained here so hard and so long that my friend up the road w/ the huge pond had to rescue some of her fish floating out over the top of her pond swimming in the grass!

Wow, JW that sucks, getting drenched in your walk. It rained here this morning, quit by 11 or so. Had street flood warnings out as it came down hard and fast for a while. Had to drain my goldfish pond down again. Got about .9" Rode horse and ponied the other (try to give them both exercise at the same time) 3 miles and then went back on foot and walked 2 to get some wild irises from the road ditch and also what I think is some type of reed grass. I'll take pics of it tomorrow. have them in a bucket of water, won't plant the grassy stuff if it's something that will try to take over. Water was high in the ditches. Irises looks to be common purple ones, but they are free, and since they are growing on the edge at the bottom of the ditch, they obviously like lots of wetness.

We have been in the 80s for awhile and tonight hubby wants to take cover off of the pool. I love this time of year.

Can't believe it they said rain and it has been bright and sunny all day here! Not that warm but still sunny and NO RAIN............yee hawwwwwwwwwwwww!!!

First day in a while that we did not get rain! High of 88 today. Very warm considering we were in the 60s for a while.

cloudy all day, no rain all went south again
