Another funny one CE! I feel the same way you do about cleaning. If somebody is coming then must clean but other than that everything sits w/ the dust on it till then hubby or no hubby, lol!

I'm with you jw... hubby doesn't know if the house is clean or not... and probably doesn't even care. We had a beautiful, clear, sunny day today. The temps were in the 60's (70s under the aluminum porch cover). Weather report says we are supposed to have some sun for the next 10 days.... yippee! Enough with the rain for a bit.. now at over 63" since January 1.

Lucky you SRP! It looks a bit better today as it's getting lighter instead of the gloominess of early this morning! It rained all night and about 52F right now. Hoping it will get up to the 62F range at least.Enjoy your sunny days!

Had two beautiful, clear sunny days with temps in the mid-high 60's. Back to rain and fog today, but sure enjoyed the sun while it was here... so did the fish and the frogs!

Rain, rain go away is all that I can say
I wish and wish for just one ray
and that the rain would hit the hay
but all I get is more for May
So how much do I have to pay
To get the sun to stay and play! Ok so I'm really bored w/ this, can ya tell, lol?

I was out of the loop since Sat. night's storms. Was fairly warm Sat. and Sun. here, could have been wearing shorts, but little chilly when got wet from grass after Sat. night rains. Rain chance every day, but bits of sunshine in between the clouds, so not bad, and lows only getting down to about 60, highs in 70-80's. Glad I have my water hyacinths on the way! Looks like perfect weather for them. Woohoo!!!

Great walk, KoiGuy! I love to walk, too, but not in the morning or in the rain. LOL Afternoons, take the dogs, used to do 4 miles, now don't even do that.
Raining and thundering as I type, looks like another wet day in IL. Ponds are full to the brim with rains last weekend. Finding that having my koi pond overflow (if necessary) into the stream of the goldfish pond does double as far as filling goldfish pond. Need overflow for that pond now. :) Warm temps, though, stayed in 60's overnight, windows open. Yippee! And, bullfrogs are all back out in force, waiting for the little peeper and cricket frogs to show back up. They were here early March in the warm temps, then have been AWOL ever since.

Bravo to you koiguy for trudging out in the rain for 4 miles! Not me I try to get mine in between rain drops which is sometimes hard to do here but I seem to manage but at times I get caught in it half way home. Did not go yesterday tho it was miserable! Still pouring here today too all night and morning but looks like clearing up a bit now..............maybe for 5 10mins if lucky!
