lol jw, we were hitting those temps and humidity off and on all last summer. It is horrible.

Very warm outside already, thundering in the distance, weather map looks like it's "100% likely) until about 10 a.m., then another chance in the afternoon. I just hope it gets it out of its system for the weekend. Highs in low 80's, lows only upper 60's. On a good note, pond is warming up very well, Goldfish are spawning, I know which of the bigger fish are male and female now. Wish I would see any of the fantails spawn, but so far no action from them.

Well supposed to be a cool 89 today but humidity is still here and no rain yet just thunder lightening and dark clouds yesterday.Feels like July and August instead of May

Another day of rain we dont need! have standing water from this weeks rain as it is. It is currently 65 degrees. Suppose to get in mid to high 80s today.

Yep, they had "street flooding" warnings this week. Never heard of that before! But, in Effingham, where I work, the roads are really bad when it pours hard and fast. Cars look like boats going down the right hand lane (4 lane highway). Thundering in the distance. Only got .3" this a.m., thought it was over with, but another round coming in late, and ending by 3 a.m. it says. Hoping no more than .3" again, and I'll be good to work in the dirt tomorrow!

Had a record rainfall here Thursday May 3rd of .73 of an inch. Beat the record of .59 of an inch in 1948!
In addition the high temperature Thursday at Olympia,Wa. was only 50 degrees — 13 degrees below normal — breaking the previous record low maximum of 51 for that date.

Had sunshine yesterday, today is looking great... sun is shining, no wind, sea is calm. Sunshine in the forecast for the next 10 days. Hope it comes your way, too, jw.

Oh yes just for the one day! That was for the Seattle area and I think up here we got even more that day!

Beautiful!!! Sunny, not too warm, great day to work on the pond. Of course, I had to work 9 to 6 at the garden centre! :grumble:
