ICSD, I'm so sorry to hear you got some damaging winds couple of nights ago! The storm came fast here at the same time, but I must have gotten the easy tail of it, as no damage, just wind and rain. Glad you were injured and your damage is repairable. Take care!
Tonight getting down to mid 50's, which is beautiful sleeping weather, but only up to 60's tomorrow. What's up with 43 for a low tomorrow night, too???? Geesh ... I thought we were past the see-saw effect of temps, but I guess not! What a strange spring this has been. I'm just very thankful that we are having spring weather, temps in the 60's and 70's, not like last year where it went from 40's to 90's almost overnight, and never returned!

Slowly getting better here and should get up to at least 60 today. Rained all night and a bit windy now but brightness shining through the clouds. Hope it will be nice tomorrow like they said it will be :blueflower:

Poppy and brother Bear kept an eye in the rising South Saskatchewan River, while at the river today. Weather was nice, sunny and blue skies, slight cool breeze, high was 72 fahrenhiet, or 22 Celsius.

So far Colleen, we've only been planting trees. Weeping Norway Spruce, Crabapple, Lilac. We have a bunch of plants to go in the beds, but we've been holding off waiting for nicer weather. They're sitting on our porch, under the roof.callingcolleen1 said:

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL DAY TODAY...low 70s and sunny with a constant gentle breeezzzzze rolling thru. a perfect day to be getting the pond plumbing completed and the big guys outside. but i'm sittin in front of the tube watchin' "touched by an angel".. WTH (heck). why do today, what you can put off til someone else goes ahead and does it?...lol the grass is cut tho!
