What is your weather like ... today

Hooray,hooray,hooray...............all the trees that needed cutting for this year are now down and I am happy again :claphands:
No rain today and sun is coming out.............what more could I ask for. Is pretty chilly right now in the 30's but will prolly make it up to the mid 40's anyways...............life is good....................cept I gained a few pounds over turkey day :grumble:
Time to get out and walk it off :helm2:

You are right on sissy..........it was all the extra stuffing, sweet corn casserole, taters and gravy and those huge 2 pieces of Chocolate mousse cake DH brought home for dessert!

You are right too John cuz after we would cut, haul and pile all those limbs I would get on that scale and there would be less of me. Sorry tho, if I keep doing that there will be none of me :goodnight:

DH says well ya didn't have to eat it did ya? Now I couldn't very well leave a luscious piece of cake uneaten could I? So yes it is his fault cuz he brought it home to taunt me with it and guess what? If he would have brought home his dessert and me nothing I would have been p.o'd at him just the same and he loses both ways

He could have eaten his on the way home and as long as you don't smell it on his breath you would have been ok .

Yep sissy and I had already made my dessert which was made w/ all the proper weight watchers ingredients. They were cupcakes w/ frosting and I thought they were pretty good tasting. I let him have a bite and he made the awfullest face. After that I think he felt sorry for me having to eat that stuff so he bought the goodies. I must admit his stuff was much better :razz:

may taste better but not better or you .I have been learning more things that I never knew on the heart healthy sight .I joined it because the hospital recommended it for healthy food habits .I learned on there that I eat way to much spinach as I have it everyday in my salad and never realized that you could eat to much of it ,especially raw .learn something new every day

I'm not supposed to eat it as it has a lot of oxalates in it that can cause kidney stones but what did you found out about why you shouldn't eat so much of it?

To much iron in your blood can cause problems with your kidney and heart .It can cause headaches and even can cause eyesight problems but thats if you eat more than 4 or 5 pounds a week and don't think I eat that much .But nothing is set in stone .
