Yup! There's always at least one big leaf scooping party to be had every fall.

I rode my bike by horses the other day eating a huge pile of leaves! Did not know they even ate them. Now everyday I see them continue to eat them.

So you all w/lots of leaves may want to invest in some horses!

We clocked in at 9f. No snow

couple screen shots from a video I took plowing snow with the G Gauge Garden RR, pond is frozen now except at the water fall. This was saturday but after 2 days of 10F and last night -2 we got 1/2” ice on her.

The Lotus tub has had an inch or so of ice a couple of times but no enduring freezing temps yet. But someone must have noticed a bullfrog taunting her so she took a plunge in 30 degree weather night before last.
BTW - I upgraded to the new Blink 4 camera and what a great difference in the picture.

Finally got my pond all set for winter today. Took me long enough to get to it and I'm just glad the weather cooperated. Another pond season officially comes to and end.

In classic Vermont style , today it's 50° outside whereas when I posted a week ago it was under zero and even my windows were frozen solid. Today almost everything's completely thawed.
