I see deer prints in the snow in my yard every winter but almost never see them around here. Maybe once a year at best.

Yep special day here too and we don't even have snow

I was out making sure my pond heater was still keeping a hole open and heard my camera click on (motion sensor) so I gave you all a wave.

My lil deck pond is 33f, hope the fantails survive.
Guess the heater is not working, ice too thick to add one.

find a titanium or stainless aquarium heater. lay it on the ice is should work it's way through .

We haven't been above freezing (32 degrees) since Sunday. Yesterday we woke up to 8 degrees! LOTS of ice on the pond (No idea what temperature it is down there, but the fish say they're NOT amused!)
