What is that last plant @j.w
That's what I am trying to figure out. It gets cute, pretty flowers on it in Spring. I should have taken pix when it was blooming but figured it would bloom all Summer also but nope it quit and just keeps sprawling it's little arms all over which I don't mind at all and it does not seem to be bothered by freezes. It is a succulent, that's all I know.

That looks like Hardy Ice Plant (Delosperma cooperi) to me.
Wow you got it and I looked up photos online and I was wrong about the color of the blooms. They are this color when blooming. Thanks a bunch @BKHpondcritters
So here ya go @GBBUDD wonder if they will grow for you? I just love them! Got them off a wreath from my daughter she gave me for a mothers day present one year. The wreath was falling apart and I planted all the plants that survived off of it and this was one of them. Glad I did!

They appear to be in line with geneticly altered. It's amazing some of the stiff they have come out with.

Though I love them and others I've seen I prefer more simplistic yes I know the salmon impatience screen color but it's the one flash of big time color. Helps draw the eye way out back to the second Main waterfall

They do. The one you pictured looks like Fire Spinner. It's a nice ground cover for a sunny, very well drained area (they'll rot in winter if too wet) Only problem is that the flowers don't open unless it's sunny, so they're closed at night & on cloudy days.

We had a very nice Spring this year w/lots of sun and that plant put on a good show! We do get wet here but maybe because I planted them on a hilly area they will have good drainage. They survived through last year. Hope they live forever!

They're perfect for a slope! Good luck. I hope they do live forever for you!

This is the pond’s second summer. Landscaping is looking great, thanks to my wife. My pickerel rush in the bog struggled last year and didn’t return this year. I found some on Facebook this year and it is really taking off. We adopted a baby girl in March and today I pick up the fencing material that will hopefully keep her out. Shouldn’t affect the view from the deck or Adirondacks but the view from the patio will be blocked. Luckily my seat at the deck bar is reserved!

You sure made a wise decision on placement of your pond! Stunning!
