Beginning to really love the floating hearts! No bloom's today, but loving the mini-waterlily like foliage. This is my first experience with these.

Nice. I have floating hearts directly in gravel and no other water lily species, as I find the big rhizome ones a bit annoying to deal with, it actually propagated itself a few weeks ago so now I have two or three floating heart plants. I think they can propagate from practically any part of their stem, or so I read.

No bloom yet though, although I am in dappled shade, so maybe not.

@addy1 's lily she sent me a couple years ago getting it's first bloom ever!

This is planted next to the Frog Pond and I don't know what it is but it gets the prettiest small flowers of red w/yellow in Spring.
No blooms left but wondering if anyone knows what it is? Has succulent type stems:

@addy , love your lotus pictures. That is a plant I've not tried yet.
I have seeds! The lotus grow free in the 300 gallon stock tank, no way to grab a tuber.

They get dirty water, stinks if you stir dirt. I let leaves etc rot away in. Has a lot of aracharnis growing also, some parrots feather. Some water willow, mainly lotus.
