We have flowers opening on bushes, buds opening on trees. Lilies sending up leaves and flower buds. Grass growing like a weed.....................where is winter?

And Saturday was my first day back and low and behold no ducks but the bay was a foot above e the bottom of the stairs

Cute little buck..
They are doing a good job in eating up some of the bog plants that are still growing. In the spring I will do a massive cut down, clean out and toss. I have does and bucks coming through every night. The pond is off so to them it is just land with plants. I can see where they bed on the bog wall and in other plants near the pond.

Thank you, Sir! I owe it all to the fact the pond is enclosed, including a screen top for most of the season and the redbud I have inside was recently pruned back, hence a lot less leaves to drop and for me to fish.

What pond cam are you using ? Quality looks pretty good
I'm using a Barlus, model 316L (I think that's the model) 2-12mm lens. It's a PoE version and wasn't too hard to set up, once I got email support as I'd never used this type of cam before.

Got to attribute the clarity to both bog and fish being a lot less active lately. I recently looked back on older vids I took with a gopro knockoff and was surprised to see the supposedly clear water I thought I had looked decidedly worse than current conditions. Again, kudos to more/better bog filtration.
