They would need to fly to the river or if it rains a puddle. So instead of a 30 foot flight it would be about 1/2 mile maybe more. Or if someone has a swimming pool, a pond around us they would go there. Then the pool owners would be upset with a ton of bees coming to drink.@addy1 what would your bees do w/o your ponds? Any other sources of water nearby? They are lucky ducky bees!

Well done sugar . the prolonged warm spring i think gave a lot of ponds issues with disease but this everyday HAZY HOT HUMID CRAP is beyond good for the water plantsIt’s 4:30 pm here now, all Hermines and Reds already closed for the day, but my beautiful Chromatella still in full bloom.
