Well new on demand hot water heater to be installed next week .I am getting the navien 210 A and like it because I did lots of research and it has a stainless steel tank and a reserve tank and a pump and recycles the gas to use it more efficiently and you can use pvc pipe for the exhaust since there is not that much heat loss from the unit and is a no nox unit so is green and environmentally safe .It does not have copper in it so does not corrode and all my piping is pex .I will be using propane minimum use propane tank .Hopefully this will save me more money instead of heating hot water in a 50 gallon hot water heater all the time .

I think that Robert my youngest just wanted his big brothers attention .They are 12 years in age difference and before my other son got his first car they were closer .But Wally started working at Ford Plant by then and well then it was kind of hard on Robert because he thought he was loosing him .Before that it was always Wally help me and Wally do this with me .They are still very close to this day .So that makes me happy they talk on the puter and on the phone a couple of times a week .It makes me smile when they do that .Wally was born in 1974 and Robert was born in 1986

last week i caught my 4 yr old ethan trying to eat frog spawn, i hopefully dont think he got any down his throat he was just about to put some in his mouth, i told him it was dirty, and he said it isnt dirty he likes eggs !! earlier i had been explaining to him that they where frogs eggs !, maybe should have left him to it as the pond is full of the stuff, dont worry he didnt reach into the pond to get it, i had taken some out into a glass tank so he could watch how they trasform into tadpoles and baby frogs ! anyways how is everybody keeping on here ! all is well i hope.

hi sissy, thanks, the summer house is completed externally, just the interior to finish now, must get some pictures up, yes ive just been busy working, everybody is wanting some replastering done !!, and been busy getting the garden sorted now spring is upon us, yeee, and also adding extra security to the garden as the shed was broken into a couple of weeks ago, my sons mountain bike was stolen and all my tools, the police have caught the culprit and i have my sons bike back but unfortunatly not my tools !

sorry to hear mogsie geeze the second time and guess it is just due to the lazy i don't want to work people .Gosh hope it gets better but at least you are busy working ,more than i can say for some .Just a shame you work for it and they steal it .SAD SAD thing .Can I unlike your being robbed and hope things get better for you .At least you are all safe and sound I got worried but figured last time you were on you said you have been a busy bee .

yeah well atleast i got my sons bike back and somebody is getting charged with it, i can always replace my tools i suppose ! took a few days off work so i can have a break, on friday it will be 6 years since me n mirka went on our 1st date so we can celebrate that day, got her a nice ring so i can propose !, i know she will say yes as she has pestered me for it for the last 2 years !! lol, good to see everybody else is still here, glad to see you must be feeling better lou !
well sissy as the police have caught them i will let them deal with it, if i went out on vigilante i would probably end up getting prosecuted !!

oh wow congrats and about time .My hubby and i celebrated our 40th in Feb. and almost did not make it .He had a heart attack back on Nov.2 and they revived him 5 times and since then has had 3 surgeries .They put a stent in his heart .The doctor did not give him much chance and my son had to come down from NJ after he had just lost everything to Sandy the storm .Cops got him Diesel fuel for his truck .We can't wait to see the out come mogsie and no doubt she will say yes .How could she pass up on a nice guy like you .CONGRATS :0000000057: :beerchug: :luxlove:
