That is big new Big Lou!! New and exciting exotic fish? How did they get there? Wife must have snuck them in when you were not looking! I do that all the time around here, sneak in a new fish in tank for happy hubby to discover! ;)

I drilled down in the new to be shubbie tank, ice is 6 inches thick (no fish yet just lilies) The deck pond is 7 inches thick. I need to insulate the shubbie tank better, as I work on it this spring. About a foot is sticking above ground, 1/3 of it is totally non insulated. That plastic does not give it any cold protection.

Unreal fire in brazil, 258 dead in a night club fire all young college kids..............so darn sad

Awful about that fire killing young people, Addy.
JW, are those sheep? I hesitate only because I know there are goats that are raised for their wool, so not positive, even though my daughter used to raise goats! I'm guessing sheep. And, not only does that little black one have a white tip to it's tail, but a white star on his nose! Cute little buggers. Thanks for sharing!!! Love baby animals pics.
OMG, it's 7 a.m.!!!! I thought I set my radio to come on AT 7 a.m. Saddest part is that I was really tired when the radio came on and could barely get up, but I slept really well. Now I understand! Must have had it set at 6 instead of 7. Better get that changed right now.

Oh Colleen, I'm so sorry. The sentence was suppose to say "exotic invisible fish." A joke. I truly apologize. ;-(

I can see all my goldfish this morning, including the small fantails, and babies that I saw before ice came. All seem to be doing just fine. Koi pond is about 1/3 thawed out, so most of them are hiding under the ice yet. Should have all of that thawed and gone by this evening with the warm 60's temps all day today.
Darn, I was hoping for some exotic fish sightings in TX, Big Lou!

Haha, no reason to be sorry, Big Lou! You could have done it for a joke for all we know. If anyone reads it, they will also read the follow up post. No harm done. I like it when people find "exotic" fish in their ponds, placed there by plants, birds, etc. Can get really interesting!

I heard about that fire and heard the door monitors wouldn't let the people out as they thought there was some kind of a fight and told the people they could not leave as their bill wasn't paid in full yet. How horrible and sad!

I won't go anywhere there is a large crowd, can't stand the people press. To my claustrophobic mind it screams danger if there are too many people around and you can't move easily.

It's that feeling like you have no control and you are in a box w/ only one tiny way out. It must have been so awful and such a panic when they wouldn't even let them out till too late!

No kidding jw, I can not even imagine it. The absolute fear those poor kids must have felt. I have left "normal" bars, back during my dating years, because they where too crowded.
