@callingcolleen1 From now on when you post these I am going to watch them on YouTube and give you a like there too so you get the credit. You do such a good job w/your beloved guppies! How do you get that glass to stay put?

Awe thanks JW! I have the glass suspended from a fishing line that is tied from tree to plant hanger and line runs down to glass. Its hard to see as its fishing line...

I heard you talking about the fishing line but just didn't hear you say it was for the wine glass. Now I see that's what it's for, lol! Whenever I hear fishing line I automatically associate it w/keeping Heron away

That video I just put out this morning already has close to 170 views and several likes and comments. The other guppy video I made last week has almost 3 thousand views already! Lots of people now have a smart TV and when you get smart TV you forget all about regular TV and that's why U tube is quickly replacing cable TV. Soon the"Old cable snake" will be a thing of the past. Most people I know don't even have Cable anymore and as eveybody replaces their old TV's they are replaced by Smart TV's now.

Its so very hot!! I cannot take the heat at all and I feel parched after pushing my sweet mom in her wheelchair down the road to eat at a fancy p;ace. We had a good time today but the sun and the heat was too much for me.

I thought I would shoot a video from way up high, so you can see all the ponds from above. I have much work to do but the horrible heat is keeping me inside today. Watch to the end and see the little baby koi I bought three weeks ago. They were so skinny and smaller than the goldfish, but my gosh they have they fattened up quick! .

I just love my guppy pond. Its been a struggle, had crystal clear water then string alage took over... Then caterpillars dung started turning water dark, but that darker water helped kill off string alage. Its not too bad and I can still see guppies :)
Sitting out in middle of grassy prairie tonight. Got the "family" here, Bear, Baby and Hubby. Were chilling in the cool evening air, just perfect night. No wind and perfect temperature finally! Just heard a wild coyote howl....

LOOK at the Extra sweet baby sparrow that was hanging around pond today. I first caught a quick glimpse of the birdie, then he disappeared into bush, only to re-appear later in video right by the steam. I was a happy moment for me today, what a joy it was to see that cute baby birdie so close up!

I love the cloche in the guppy pond ! Did you say something was eating some of your goldfish ? :(

Your front yard looks lush this year, everything has filled in beautifully !

Something ate all the biggest fattest goldfish from the bottom pond the other day!! Every few years something sneaks into yard and has a "feast" in the bottom pond... There are a handful of very scared fish left in bottom pond. Koi in upper ponds are fine as those fish are big and those upper ponds are very deep. The bottom pond is just a couple feet deep and something manages to wade in and feast on goldfish. I am hanging extra lines and I think I will criss cross fishing line over that pond to deter whatever is eating the fish out of that pond.

I wonder why nothing bothers your guppy pond?
I think they are too small and nobody seems to notice them much. Like the bright red and gold colors on large goldfish can easily be spotted from the sky but the guppies look invisible from way up high so birds don't notice them.
