It was so extra beautiful last night. Warm weather, no bit me bugs yet, and ponds are so beautiful day and night.

Amazing Floating Yellow Flag Water iris I have had since 1991. Bought it many years ago at the local greenhouse and it has since been divided many times. I was depressed about my mom last few months and kinda neglected the plant and never trimmed or pulled the dead leaves away..... So what Happened to the dead foliage? Just like at the creek, Nature took care of its own....

Ah such nice girls to come and enjoy your fairy life by the pond. Happy you are getting nice weather now so you can enjoy all your little fun things and fish. Oh another video just popped up! Your pond and plants look so fresh and clean.

Awwwww, sweet fairies visiting your pond and gardens :) Sorry you've been feeling depressed, but I understand. Hope their visit, sunshine and warmer temps bring a smile to your face.

Honestly I feel so lucky to have such wonderful little friends that come and brighten up my world. Me and their mom sit and have coffee around the pond. Its nice to have coffee with friends, and I am lucky my ponds are easy care, I just clean the filters and scoup out the excess waste early in spring. I also add fresh water slowly every day almost and that keeps system fresh.
I think my ponds are easy care because of the way they flow, every flows down threw that massive yellow flag. And I think there is no need to take away or cut dead stalks down in fall as they protect plant and pond from harsh winters as the snow falls on top and then come spring they wither away...

Have you every wondered what happens to the dead cattails and grasses down in the wild? They just disapear too!!

Finally got the little guppy pond out front up and running again. I did have it going till January of this year, covered and heated, but something happened and the power kept short circuiting and then it froze, but I did have almost all the guppies inside by then. Only a few hard to catch babies were left but I still had all the rest of guppies safely inside greenhouse and house.
Here is what it looked like yesterday

My goodness time flies these days, and I have been so busy with my sweet mother, work and the yard that you will have to forgive me for not keeping up with everybody these days.

You would not believe how popular guppy ponds are on the U tube these days.. My channel is really growing good this year and every year I get a little more popular. I get so many nice comments on my channel from people all over these days. I never ever thought U tube would pay me but its growing nicely and it will be a good little retirement project for me as the income is growing every year.

Hope you like my newest guppy pond video!
