Love your pond! A nature preserve!

My whole intention when I started the build it is for nature, all are welcome. We watched a young buck walk around yesterday eating the fallen apples.

There are a LOT of rocks along your stream! I can't imagine how many tons you have there. It's so wonderful to see, and the plants and flowers are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing the videos.

That is four pickup loads, 4 pallets, one of boulders, one large dump of river rock, and any good rock that I dug up, found or carried home from other places.

Did manage to damage my one hand, messed up the ligaments on one finger, now it locks up now and then. So doing a slow tweak finish job.

But I like it lol.

Will get a video of it running, probably do a leg at a time hard to film and walk down that hill.

Sure don't want you falling during your filming career Addy. :) Best to do it in sections, as you say. Can't wait to see it all from top to bottom, especially since you have so much blooming now and it's so pretty.

Neat little videos, pretty cool how it goes from one video straight to the next. I saw some things I have questions about.
1- how do you keep your steam from growing any algae? All your rocks look like they were just added.
2- What is the blue small tree? Blue spruce?
3- I've noticed them before, in the stream you have some rocks that look like pots, or Pots that look like rocks. LOL where did you get them?

The whole hill looks fantastic!

I took a quick learning curve on utube on how to link videos into one lol

The bog, I think keeps the algae from growing, none has grown on the stream rocks. I have not cleaned them or added anything to the water.

The round blue is a dwarf scotch, the tree like ones are baby blue spruce, they grow slow, will probably get too large eventually.

The rock pots I hauled from arizona, had them around my other pond, could not leave them. They came from mexico. Hollowed out rocks into pots. Work great in the stream.
