Thanks JB and maybe we can watch 3 little ones grow to fly away
Hey maybe your snow will last that long and you can just stay inside and watch. Wouldn't that be nice?
My hubby was bringing in wood from the open front wood shed and he disturbed a bat that was in the pile. I looked up on the net and says they could be hibernating and not to disturb them as any disturbance takes away maybe 3 wks of the energy they need to survive till Spring. Sometimes that is enough to kill them cuz they need all their energy they built up to last.
When she is just sitting there how can you tell when she is laying an egg? Does she get up right after and look under her?
Going now to look!
