Wow, I've been "away" from computer since yesterday morning, and some fantastic pics have showed up! I forgot until my koi pond is in the shade, so will take my "roof" shots in the morning. Glad I saw other's pics first, as I have panoramic shot choice on my new camera, so will do that as well! And, don't even have too many things laying in the yard to pick up first. LOL
Addy, your place is awesome, can't wait to see more flowering pics. I planted a wild flower plot, hoping it gets half as pretty as yours.
T'Mann, your yard is just so neat, with water coming from two totally separate directions. Now I can see how it all ties together. What a neat idea!

I agree Colleen, lots of nice pond high up pix! Lets see some more! Go up on your roof, climb a ladder, lean out a window or hang from an arbor!

Wow, Brokensword, I don't think I've ever seen your layout, and this is fantastic! Looks like a greenhouse built around your pond, so bet you get to enjoy it nearly year round, huh? How fantastic is that! Great pics. How did you "cheat", though??? Stood on ladder ... or from outside looking in the top windows? Doesn't matter, great pics!

Well, got on my roof ... TWICE! Thought I was taking panoramic pics, had wrong setting. Got ladder back out, went back up, panoramic pics were very light, didn't turn out, I could not see the "line" to line up the second pic, so they didn't stitch together properly. Will try again this evening or mid-day and see if I can see the line thingy.
There are the best of the ones I took. Enjoy.

Great set up, I can't recall seeing your pond in any other pics, do you have a showcase or build?

Cool BS and nothing is cheating cuz we just want a view of your pond from high above and yours looks great!

CE love your layout and now I can see the whole ponds, stream and gardens at once and love it!

Sometimes it's hard to visualize some peoples ponds as they are so huge and go here and there. I like this idea of getting to see them from a birds eye view.

I agree with JW, this was such a good idea, as it's very hard to vision how pond's connect with streams and waterfalls, etc, when you can't see them all together from above.
I posted my "rooftop" pics on my Facebook page, and my daughter said, "From your roof???" I said, "yeah, the GPF people made me do it" LOL They all liked the rooftop pics, too. What a great idea.

Fantastic pics everyone! Brokensword there is no cheating. However the camera lens gets above the pond for the picture is up to you. However we are hoping no broken bones result form any of the pictures!
