Again very outdated thinking. How many of those shootouts will kill innocent people? I'm talking yes concealed gun and all related gun deaths.

Now, UK literally is known as one of the knife murder capitals in the world, but hey, since it is tough for a kid to kill them self, then it is all good. Oh wait, didn't on page one it was shared that the fellas that decapitate the UK soldier, that they had a gun as well. Hmmm...
Since it only matters how easy it is for kids to kill them self, then there should be no weapons allowed to let kids easily kill them self

The point is... If the UK killers was in the States with a UK/canadian gun ban, then all they would have done is go down to a southern border state to quite easily get their uzi.

IF Canada bordered Mexico we would have 10 times the Customs and Border patrol. How would we do this? Simple wE wouldn't be spending Trillions of dollars borrowed from China to be the worlds Police, sticking our noses in other countries affairs.

As long as criminals find ways to get and keep their illegal guns, I;ll vote for every responsible citizen to keep theirs and add to their collections. The occasional accidents involving children DOES need to be addressed, but one of the more memorible accidents happend with the child of a police officer ... hmmm.... Guess the police need to give up theirs too ...

Funny how this has morphed into a Canada vs US thing.
A lot of the crime you see in the US is 'big city stuff' due to large populations without jobs or hope of getting them. Some of it is due to the war (a mismanaged farse) on drugs. We can blame our elected officials for that. Given that we elected them do we need to blame ourselves ?
Canadian leaders have had the advantage in that the can watch what happens in the US and UK. This allowed them to adopt what works and reject the rest.
A lot of the crime you see in the US is 'big city stuff' due to large populations without jobs or hope of getting them. Some of it is due to the war (a mismanaged farse) on drugs. We can blame our elected officials for that. Given that we elected them do we need to blame ourselves ?

Guns kill people right or wrong but they do I think if you wear one at your side or in your belt you have gone out right or wrong to use it,or be prepared too.
We dont have much on the way of gun crimes but when it comes to knives ouch " our youth is tooled up to the nines with knives.
Like guns if you carry a knife you carry that knife for one thing and one thing only to protect yourself against another kid wh has one yeh .
Ok so you do end up using it then in my eyes the guy should be going to prison for it.
Race in any country is only an issue if we allow it to be whether the guy was racist who knows but its low when that issue rears its ugly head.
The trial has a number of issues to look at in our point of veiw ,sterio typing should be one of them because it cost a person his life..
When it is legal to wear a side arm should be another issue
Lastly it should be looked into if anyone was running for office in that court if like has been said the judge was looking to make political capitol out of this then in the interests of fairness it should be retried .
Thank fully we dont have that system in the UK our own does work but is in need of a massive overhaul .
