Whatcha doing today?

Staying inside for the next few days. Saying to wear masks if you go outside due to the smoke from Canada. Looks like a fog outside.
And so dry. We need some rain to clean the air.

You have all that smoke like we had last year. It was miserable and I wore a mask at times when riding my bike or walking. At times just stayed inside.

They are saying wind shift and it will get better by Friday.

Had to check out the smoke in NYC. So I did it via Microsoft Flight Simulator. Sure enough, the sim's weather system picked up the wildfire smoke!

I just realized that I have not put my air stones or lights in yet! Of course I also haven't pulled lily pots and done a good cleaning of filters. Was just getting back to good use of arm and Freddy Kruger ( 1 year old kitten) decided hanging off ceiling fan chains was fun. 3am and I'm chasing him out of the room, slipped and re-injured my arm.
Anybody want a cat????

Oh no, sorry to hear this! Hope it is a quick heal and you get it back to working right again. As for the cat.....................I mean his name tells it all and he's just living up to it!

Lemme tell ya about the puppy next door named "TURBO" (who has been rehomed to friends of the owners, since they couldn't handle him. Good choice.) Perhaps Turbo and Freddie Kruger could set up housekeeping?

Freddy was named Cuddles when we first saw him. When they put him in my carrier it was nothing but claws everywhere. Hence the new name. His tail is extremely thick for a cat and may be possessed. It attacks him and he becomes Taz ,the Tasmanian devil from the cartoon.

I went to a military museum today with my dad. Never really been to something like this so it was interesting. There was a lot to look at. Of course, my main interest was the aircraft, but it was all really interesting to see.
