Neoprene for epdm >? as a patch that's uncured rubber basically. I know of no bonding agents you apply while still wet. doesn't mean it doesn't exists but i never used. There's many types of caulk that you can use to make a water BARRIOR but it may not be water proof and able to withstand pressure like in a pond . most roofing products can rely and a little pitch to help limit the waters time it has to keep it from penetrating

Attached pictures. It is designed to fix epdm roofing, so I thought I’d give it a try, I have another option that was presented to me but which will take time, so until that comes to pass, I’m staying quite about it, as I don’t want to jinx that.

Hopefully the small print is legible here. If I don’t use this on the pond, it will be used for roof repair.
On a nice note, the last two puppies are of age to start weaning according to their mom. They’ve pretty much stayed in the wash room, and storm was rather reserved about people and new places. However, after blocking the door so he can’t just run back and hide, and hand feeding him soft food, I now have a new friend. Walker is more outgoing of the two, but storm would flinch when we tried to pet him, as we didn’t handle them much prior, so that mom was giving them the care they needed. The hands off approach doesn’t seem to make a difference in the doggy parenting, but did create pups that have to be socialized to humans instead of being accustomed to us. I would check on them every few days, just didn’t spend lots of time petting them like I’ve done to all the others. However, food and preventing them from hiding where they are accustomed to seems to do the trick, as they are just over a month old.

Ok, I’ll keep an eye out for a swarm this year. Dads brother is a bee keeper too, but he travels with his to various locations, to pollinate crops, so don’t tell him if I manage to catch you one! Umm, how to catch and ship bees?
Very carefully, actually to ship across state lines they need to be inspected, in a special open air box, etc etc Thanks for the thought but it is not very practical.

The cat is broken, he just spent 5+ minutes teaching a puppy to wrestle. I’m going a bit nuts. Taking on house hold chores like washing windows, sewing, watching YouTube videos on embroidery, soap making, in addition to hunting for a new audiobook that catches my attention.

Dads heart is skipping beats, causing angina, he wouldn’t go to the er last night, drs office is closed today, and the local ers are notorious for saying folks are fine and sending them home. One dr that dad saw previously years back, did that to a guy who then died of a heart attack on his way home. So he’s naturally skeptical about trying a local er. I’m just waiting on him to say road trip to okc to the big hospital. So while waiting, I did a bit of work on puppy proofing the fence, and my potted plants, since I just caught them out and standing on my plants. It won’t last, ( on the potted plants) till I come up with something permanent and cat proof too. I’ve got bulbs popping up all over. Naked lady lillies out back, right in the path I and the animals walk around the back of the house. Bulbs in my pots, iris and daffodils in the ground, all just waiting on me to find them a permanent place in the yard. I’m currently thinking maybe this fall. I hope to have the pond done and fenced in, then I can plant them.

My dad would call me from MD while I lived in AZ and tell me how bad his chest pain was. I could not get him to call 911 see a doc or anything. One visit to AZ I hauled his butt into see a cardiologist I knew well. Told him my dads issues, ie lack of trust with docs, surgery etc, told him to pull no punches. They did a nuc med test, the doc told dad, if you want to live longer than this weekend you need open heart surgery. He had it within two days out in AZ, 3 months later mom and dad headed home.
He lived until 89.5 years old. Passed in our house, about 9 months after I moved back here.

Turns out it’s not critical right now, but there is a clot or clog, small one, no heart attack yet, but they are waiting to hear from VA what they want done from here. Maybe blood thinners or clot busters, depends on what the clog is. Either way, I’m going to have to figure out how to grow all the heart healthy plants, garlic, leafy greens, tomatoes. The trouble will be keeping cats and critters out of containers, or keeping an area weeded, and staying on top of watering the plants. I’m going to try things like the leafy greens probably starting tomorrow if I can set up an appropriate container, start it inside, because the leafy greens do best in cooler weather. Next week might be freezing, but who knows the way the weather fluctuates.

im Freezing my toes off waiting! They had planned a nice ambulance ride for him at 6, but it caught a higher priority patient, so we are waiting on an update, and new ride for him. I’m glad they caught the abnormal reading to hopefully deal with the problem, but man, civilian health care is so much red tape and paper work. And the covid precautions make getting info even more of a pain. I’m so glad I have enough medical knowledge to know they aren’t purposely dragging things out. His labs looked ok, but I worry too much because I do know how bad things could go, like finding out the heart cath isn’t all that’s needed, or throwing a clot,... Sometimes knowing isn’t so good, because I’m thinking of at least 4 different ways it could end up.
Sigh, so on a better note, I no longer have to scramble to finish the pond. I don’t recall if I posted that the other liner is dry rotting in addition to the mouse holes, branch puncture holes, etc, as well as the stuff I bought to do the patches not working. So I told my sister to find an alternative home. Turns out a lady in the town she moved to has a multiple pond set up, and had just finished cycling a new pond, and was willing to take her fish. I’m secretly dancing with joy that I can get just the fish I want rather than taking three koi on

OH man I wish I had the patience to learn how to play that, it looks awesome!

The farming part of it is relatively easy, but forestry takes A LOT of patience. I still haven't figured out all the controls, and some vehicles don't work quite as well as they should.

It also takes a lot of patience when you accidentally slide off the road and get a semi stuck on its side. Took me an hour to get it out, and I still have some logs to clean up.
