53 rainy, wind chill of around 50. Hard freeze in northern Florida.

Nice weather here. Hovering around the freezing mark for the next week at least.
Very pleasant.

Stinkin 10* this morning with wind chill feels like....well too cold for me!!!
Sucks having farm animals, have to carry water in 5 gal jugs and bust up frozen buckets.

Exactly 32f now so we are coming out of the cold. Later on today it may even make it up to 50!

They were showing it on the news down here, un real! That curtain of snow that just stops really hard to believe.

I remember one year we had a ton of snow, like over 3 feet over a weekend back in the late 1980's. Everybody got the day off and nothing could move till all the roads were plowed, except big monster trucks!

I heard yesterday that EVERY one of the 50 states had below freezing temps yesterday, including Hawaii! I guess that didn't mean each and every part of every state, but every state. That's unreal! Bet there were some unhappy orange farmers, and so forth....

The news didn't say much about orange groves down here, i.e. freezing up. I think it was not a deep enough or extended enough freeze to hurt them. Usually it is non stop about protecting the crop if it is danger.
