I had worked all night, now I am tired. Cooking the turkey tomorrow cause it is my only day off!
want to make Saskatoon pie tomorrow too, was going to do it tonight if I was off early enough, but never got off early, too much work to do.
Going outside to have a glass of wine and play in the gazebo for a short while....

Made coffee, made three Fresh Saskatoon Pies with butter crust! Cleaned house, took gargage out, now the deck needs to be swept off cause the leaves have REALLY fallen hard. Weather this morning is just turning out nice, sun is out and warming the ground and taking the early morning chill away. Hubby going to help make turkey, Dinner will be served at about 5. Mother and nefew joining us so everything should be peaceful, cause Vegan Sisters not coming ever cause I use butter and there will be a "dead bird" in the oven.... Why can't they just go back to enjoying eating a family feast and quit the vegan diet!!!

Ha ha Ha!! You guys are just Great!! Love the cute little people munching on turkey legs JW !!

I made the BEST pie I ever made! ! Those Saskatoons were just plump and juicy, and pie only has 6 ingredients! ! Berries, butter, flour, sugar, salt, corn starch and egg wash lightly brushed on top!! Sprinkled with little bits of crystallized cane sugar!

Saskatoons are soon yummy and NOT tart!! Unbelievable taste Sensation!!!
