No running here except maybe a short bout thrown in now and then just to change it up a bit and fool the body. Too hard on my bones. Legs will accept walking for a few hours a day but running they lay down on the road side and refuse to give me a ride.

I can identify with that, j.! I'd love to run, but the old bones just want to go back to bed. My daughter is into running, she has done two half-marathons and a full one, cross-country, while she was living in New Zealand. Trying to get back into it here, but her work gets in the way.

It's tough to get back into it after taking a break. I broke my ankle last year, (how did you ask, by shoveling out the pond of course) and I still haven't been able to get back into my running routine.

...or was it from 'elf-walking' on the escalator???

How do you take a full body escalator selfie w/just a regular camera? I don't have a cell phone camera. I'll just have the security guard who comes to drag me away take one!

Sun trying to come through but clouds are trying as hard as they can to stop it from happening. Even got dripped on while doing my walk today.

Hand the camera to the person ahead of you, and politely request that they take your picture half-way up!

On second thought, that could be used as evidence. NEVER MIND!

Tbendl, did you remember to dig steps into your pond during your build, so you don't have trouble getting in and out later?! ;-)
It has been pretty chilly here during the nights, but I love it! Got a fluke thunder storm this afternoon, after they promised mostly sunny and 70 today! Temps going up to almost 80 by weekend, which is wonderful! Getting lots of yard work done on these sunny days.
