At least he is fixed, at least we are both still upright and breathing. Do miss his parents, when you go down every 6 weeks for years, sort of leaves a blank spot, when you quit going as much.

We just finished working on his parents house and rented it to a real nice lady that wants to live there until the end, she is 67, might have a renter for years!

Sissy it has been raining here for almost 24 hrs straight now. I sure wish I could send you some. Grass will be growing and is already turning back to green from the brown it was from all the sun we've had. Sun coming back Friday, YAY!

Addy your post just popped up while I was writing this and when I read the first part I thought Huh, why are you talking about vasectomy's at this age, lol!
Glad to hear tho that he is doing just fine :)

Hard to believe it was so hot yesterday. Today it may have gotten in the 70s. Breeze has actually been a little cool at times

Still hot and very humid as the storm warning continue and a big cloud can now be seen gathering in between the tree tops. Currently right now it is 90 degrees outside according to my weather report, and it feels worse cause it is so humid. Not moving real fast in this heat and humidity either!
JW's cold front, and two other storm systems colliding and bearing down on the southern Alberta Prairies tonight. Should be lots of thunder and lighting tonight for sure!

Sissy my first saw was the Skill saw and then I got a little table type saw that cuts lots of different angles. I will take the new one out of the box soon and play with it, but first it needs to cool off cause I can't stand the heat and do not function well in extreme heat.

Not too sure what is happening with the sister right now, was going to go visit her but she is talking so weird it stresses me out. She never went to doctor and should be giving birth any day now! She takes no supplements and receives no pre natal care either! She is stubborn and will not listen to anyone. She thinks her vegan diet will save her and said she was thinking of giving birth in the Cypress Hills in the bush like the wild animals. She says she does not need any help and refusing even the retired nurse that was going to help her have a home birth. I read on Dr. Gifford Jones new paper column that strict vegan diets with no animal products are very low on B vitamins and if you get low on B12,s that you can get dementia and that is just about what I think she has. At least she could drink some milk or eat some cheese and eggs but she won't. I am very worried after reading studies of vegan women on strict diets who's babies suffer... Last time I saw her last week I could not feel any movement of the baby, she says that the baby ran out of room, but she is not that big and my friend who had a baby late also in life, says that her baby moved like crazy before it was born! God be with them both.

I keep my tools in the basement where it is cool and that is why I did not finish it or make an inside entrance to it .i did not want a chance for the dogs getting out and also if there was a bad storm it is safer to not have an inside entrance you just have to plan ahead to get down there .I hope your sister and baby are fine .Here in the states social workers would get involved if it came down to health and safety of them both .Lets hope all goes OK

No health care workers know and she did not report the pregnancy to any doctor either. Hopefully all will turn out good, but I am worried, cause she is an high risk at her age, and the fact that she has no prenatal care is quite scary to me. She says it is her baby and her body and no one can tell her what to do....
