OMG Taxes!! Shoot Me NOW!! Thanks for reminding me Sissy!

Cloudy and not as nice as yesterday when I shot this video. Supposed to snow on Saturday!
Did everybody see my Hornwort?? This is a new video and it shows the horn wort in the top pond growing nice, and the horn wort that is in the bottom pond is taking longer cause it is smothered in gunk.... this is my ultra favorite video cause I just love the horn wort. It gets growing well even if it is very cold, just keep horn wort moving and it will flourish even in very cold temperatures!

I always wait until the end and the tax lady knows it .We drop them off and she does them every year since we have been in VA and did our NJ ones also the first year .I was still living up there until November but my son and hubby moved down here in June .I left him to watch every thing that I had scheduled to get done so we could move in the house here .

I just made the appointment for Monday at 9 am cause I am off and will sit with the book keeper and just get it done already! I need to get so many things done, have to get off the puter and get to it before work today. Need to rake the front yard a bit before the rain and snow comes tomorrow!

63 degrees, sunny. Looks like the last 'perfect' Spring day for awhile

I used to use leaf mulch at my house in NJ in my veggie garden .I would shovel it in and put 2 tarps over it in the winter .Here my leaves blow away to leaf heaven .Living up on a hill there is always wind .The mulch I use on my hill gardens away from the house is mulch from the mulch yard and this mulch is the bagged kind 5 bags for 10 dollars .I also bought more of the marble chips 4 bags for 8 dollars .

81! and sunny, rain has not made it here yet. frogs making babies, lot of them, same with the fish non stop chasing.

It is suposed to rain and snow tomorrow, but it will not last long, weather is pretty nice tonight and neighbors have a bonfire and are partying it up. I am going to make a little fire by pond and drink my wine! Life is good, spring bulbs are growing all over more and more every day, and I raked the front yard till it got dsrk. I think it is about 50 degrees right now, pond under water lights are shining so nice and I need to get outside and make a fire. I worked so hard at work and then again at home, I feel like the energizer bunny, I just keep going and going and going.....

got some done on the yard and pond and then my sister stopped by ,so nothing else got done .We are going down to Greensboro NC next week because she has 2 days off .

The neighbors were restless and partying like crazy, they were singing and hooting and having a real good time, Spring is finally here!!! Now all is quite, cause it is raining now....
