What is your weather like ... today

2 days of cold temps and then back up to mid 50's and sure hoping these 2 days fly by fast .I see all the ice on weather channel and earth live and it will not be fun for them but sure hope every one down there stays safe and heeds the warnings and stays home .There is nothing more important than your life and the life of others ,BE SAFE

Warming up here to almost 50f today. Not raining at the moment..............should be out walking but of course I will start to think about going as soon as the rain hits again which it will TODAY for sure at some point

I just came in again my hands are cold and so is my face .I found where something chewed through a piece of my liner ,it is above the water level now but will have to be patched so I can bring the level back up to where it should be .Darn first the pump cord and now the liner

Went to bring in a little more wood and noticed ice on the faucet outside. Seems when it was almost warm last week and we decided to clear out the basement and burn a lot of cardboard in the barrel, no one turned off the water. Hose has a nozzle on it so hose is frozen and valve is frozen in the open position! Luckily, I was able to shut off the water to the valve inside but still looking at water damage if the pipe is split inside the wall. I hate winter!!!

When I lived in NJ they had a place down at englishtown flea market that sold doggie birthday cakes and treats and it was run by the East Brunswick Humane society and most of the money went to all the rescued pets .I used to buy stuff from them all the time .Made me feel good too .I think they still run it .When I went up there 3 years ago I bought stuff and they put up a memorial pics of my hunter and harley .The lady Judy remembered my dogs .I bought a lot of stuff that day for all my doggie nephews and nieces ,
