First off.... Colleen and Mitch, I do NOT appreciate the parcel we received overnight from you! PLEASE KEEP YOUR ALBERTA CLIPPERS TO YOURSELF!!! Another foot of the white stuff; don't know where to put it anymore. :banghead3:
On the bright side... got a phone call from Russia this morning! :glassesy: Some place called So-chee or something like that. The gentleman informed me that if j.w. wasn't interested anymore, they would like the snow for their winter olympics. They are currently working on the logistics, so something good may come of this yet! :fingersx:

Ha ha ha, can't keep the clipper cause we are tired of the snow too, so we huffed and we puffed and we blew it down east!
But now we are freezing cold cause something backfired and now we have cold arctic air and now the ponds are mostly covered it ice again! :(

I got that same phone call John and they offered to buy it from me for big bucks so think I'll take it from ya and then sell it to the Rooskies for a nice profit. Uh uh John no backing out now as it has been written on the forum and is in the frozen mode and cannot be removed except by bribation of a mod or admin. I could just sell it to them and have them pick it up from you....................how does that sound :biggrinangelA:

82 here, 29 at home Out in tshirt and shorts, sweating................lol

During our beach walk saw a huge pod of dolphins breaking the surface, all sorts of water agitation going on. They were in the midst of a school of fish having a snack. So neat to see.

Sorry, j.w., it seems like we both missed out! I've just been informed that the hose on their "Y8%$#*&^#@" (Snow Sucker 8000) is too short to reach my yard, and they don't expect the extension to arrive before July. I asked what the chances were of them getting it from your place, but he just laughed and said "NYET! Good Rooshians no deal with American Blondie middleman!!" So I guess that's the end of it. Oh, well.... maybe next year.
John

Too bad, too. I could have used that 100 Rubles!

I put the new babies in the stock tank and it was 62 and sunny today here but understand it is going to get cold again .I have a filter and pump going in the stock tank and all the ice melted .Something got in my pond and not sure what .I found the poo to prove it .The poo was brick red grainy and about 2 inches long and skinny and it was in the filters and all over the rocks .I had to clean everything in the filters since I got no clue if it could be bad for the fish .I mean it was a lot of it not just here and there but all over .I had to go this morning to pick up the retaining wall block but he had all kinds of flower pots also and rocks so took them also .It was a realtor and he had to clean it up to sell the house .Not a bad price either 1750 sq ft . with a basement and wants 12 thousand dollars with 2 acres of land and a carport and big huge shed .

Sissy maybe a strange bird was by the pond looking for a drink of water? You will have to see if any of that funny poo is anywhere else and see if you can figure who it belongs to.

Today the walk on the prairie was cold, well below freezing cold, but in the sunshine it was not to bad. Picked some more rocks for spring cobbing and checked out this natural prairie pond that flows all year round. The water comes out from the side of the hill and never stops flowing, and in the summer cows drink out of it. There is a black horse trough that usually is flowing with water from this pipe that comes out of the ground, but pipe is froze or something this year, but you can still here the water trickle under the ice.

I like to walk when the sun is the brightest, that way no matter how cold it is, it always feels warmer in the sunshine. :blueflower:
