Addy, I get such a kick out of your "home" and "FL" temp comparisons!
I have family in Georgia, and they have the ground completely covered, looked like 4-6" of snow. Terrible there, but all her family got home safely eventually.
KoiGuy, I didn't know the Black moon would only be visible during the day. Thanks for that info, as I had it on my calendar to watch for it, so now know to watch during the day! I hope it's a clear day.
Has anyone seen the articles about the "snow rollers" in OH? Wondering if any of our OH friends had them in their yards yesterday or today? Here's the link to the weatherman telling about it.

The pic at the top of the site has TONS of pics viewers sent in, so click on the arrow and view them all. Really cool!

Koi Guy... Cool info on the Black Moon rising Thursday! Going to watch for that all day! :)

CE I see I am much warmer here right now at midnight, currently 27 F (-3C) and your are at 7 F right now according to weather banner.

Even Sissy is colder than me too right now, says 18 F right now in Axton and snowing too!
Looks like most of the east is very cold, meanwhile JW has is nice and warm right now at 45 F.

Big Lou, who ever heard of snow in the deep south?? Weather is crazy for sure! :)

4 at home, snowed again, looks like two inches pond still open that aerator is doing a wonderful job.

Here the cold front is hitting, ................................rain........................................74 today.........................

on the news info on all the stuck cars, buses, big trucks being told not to drive into georgia at all, people in cars for 16 hours total grid lock. I would not have left my house for anything with all the warnings they gave on this storm coming.

State of emergencies in all the southern states. No salt, no snow plows, us up north are used to it.

Those snow rollers are darn neat ce, saw it on the news down here

Down here all I have to deal with is belly crawling sand dog

13 here this morning and 4" of dry powder! Looks so pretty but then I don't have to go out in it. Did get some pictures. Both ponds partially open. The ice volcano is starting to build up again after I melted it down.

First 2 are from last week. Good to see open water!
