What is your weather like ... today

We want to see pretty snowy pics, Mitch and Colleen!!! Right now, when the rest of us ... or most of us that is ... are snow-free, we will borrow your whiteness and cold and just enjoy it in pics. I'm happy to let you keep the cold anytime! :blueflower: You have such beautiful landscape to photograph, Mitch, so we expect you to put on your golashes and get out there and take some awesome snowy pics ... well, I don't EXPECT you to, but it sure would be nice! And, Colleen will surely have some pretty pics of her area as well. Bring on the snow pictures. :banana:

Still snowing like crazy, parts of the #1 highway to Calgary closed, white out conditons I heard. Must go shovel the walk yet again and maybe hang more Christmas lights....

Man the snow just won't stop!! I feel like I am in one of those Christmas Balls that you shake up and the snow flies....
Going to plug the pond heater in now cause it is suposed to get really cold tonight!

Maybe we will get snowed in and then I won't have to go to work! Like that would ever happen again... I remember a few years back in the early 1990, we got so much snow the town had to shut down for a few days, we had like three feet of snow on weekend and no one could hardly get around till the snow plows came and plowed all the roads!

Old man winter pushed his way to town, I see tomorrow's low will be -24 Fahrenheit or -31 Celsius!! Yikes!! Getting the big 1500 watt cattle trough Heater out for tomorrow night!!!

Wow, Colleen. I used to live in North Idaho so have seen some intense cold and big snowstorms, but then I had a husky, not a koi pond. What would you do if your power went out? I now live in ice storm central. We are poised to get rather cold in a few days followed by an ice storm and snow.

Had that happen once, and we have a gas generator with extra gas in garage just for such times...

Fish have been outside now for over 20 years and the big 1500 watt heater works Very well!!

Reporting Live from the North Pole!!! Snowing like crazy and shoveling is a lost cause right now..... It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!!

I am not going outside anymore tonight, will shovel again first thing in the morning before work. The view from my front window.... another warning issued for more of the same....

A few snow showers this morning with a high of 18F and a low of 9F tonight. Currently 13F.

Love love love the snow pics, Colleen and MT! Thanks so much, but I sure feel bad about you folks having to mess with the ... MESS! I hope it blows through, and goes back to more normal temps for you all. I'm seeing some very low temps on your weather banners. Brrrr ..... I think the temps here actually warmed up over night, instead of getting cooler. My banner says it's 50, so yep, it didn't hardly drop from our high of nearly 60 yesterday. Very foggy this morning, ground is wet, and I don't think it's from rain, but just heavy fog. Colder temps heading this way in a couple of days, so I'm enjoying the warmer stuff while I can! :blueflower:

Shoveled the walks yet again, must have got a foot by now, and in Brooks where hubby is, the said the snow goes up to the tail gate of his pickup truck!! Snow continues to fall, and off to work I go!!
