Us too Big Lou, we are getting dumped on big time right now. Torrential downpours I will call them! Had a power outage at about 1pm till 2pm. Just long enough to make us drag the generator out and get it all set up and then hubby heads off to buy lots of gas so we will have it when we need it and then just after he left the power came back on,lol! No thunder and lightning tho :cheerful:

JW, I have not got all the rocks properly laid down yet, cause it was dark and hard to see, plus the ground is still very wet on that north side since that big rain a few days ago. The ground can take like a week or more to dry proper these days, with the sun so low in the sky and setting faster too. I will work them over more tonight before it gets really dark. Got to fly, sun setting in less than a half hour...

OK, worked them rocks over for a bit more tonight, now they are getting better in place. I swear the weather has warmed up in the last hour or so, temperature about 60 right now. I had to work hard in the bakery again this afternoon, then I rushed home and took the puppies again to the giant rock pile to gather yet more rocks. When I get a chance I will really get it all beautiful, maybe this Wednesday, cause I am off that day.

Tuesday I am driving the sweet hubby to Calgary to see the plastic surgeon to fix his face and adjust the one side of his nose. They will examine him and decide what needs to be fix. He already looks pretty darn good to me, but he will feel better if he can get back to more of a "normal" appearance.

This Monday night we vote for a new contract. Our union says the contract is bad and sets us up to be replaced by cheaper labour. I think the strike will happen, but we shall see how the vote comes out...

Sending you lots of hugs and well wishes Sissy, hopefully they can fix your dear hubby. I wish I could be of more help, but all I can give is words of confort and cheer, to you my good friend... thinking of you and keeping you in my prayers.

The wind is horrible, gusting over 60 miles an hour, and things are banging all over, some branches here and there on the road, wind warning for today. We are supposed to get about 64 degrees, but the wind makes things horrible.

Bleeding internally and they gave him 3 pints of blood and surgery tomorrow .I just came home now .

Keeping you and your husband in my thoughts and prayers, Sissy. Hopefully they will find the cause of the internal bleeding, and fix him right up. No wonder he was so weak. Hoping he feels much better soon!

Doctor said if he had gone to sleep his organs would have slowly shut down and he would have died .My instincts were there at least .I am going back down to the hospital to stay .I needed to find it first and it is an hour and a half away .But with traffic a lot longer only a 2 lane road for a long ways and it gets backed up with traffic

Gosh sakes so glad you jumped to get him help right away. Hope the docs can fix him so he can come home soon. Travel safe sissy and try to relax and take it easy getting to the hospital. We are all praying for his recovery.
