That's funny sissy, I never had a dog small enough to lose in my lawn

Great weather here today for my daughter the Queen for a day's wedding

So happy for beautiful weather for a wedding.
Sissy, I hope you and your hubby have a spectacular vacation. I've been to Biltmore, one of the ... wait, it was THE ONLY vacation former hubby and I flew to while I was married. Was a really neat place, especially since the log home company former husband built for paid for all expenses that weekend. (And he still hated the trip, such a home body .... LOL)
I went out dancing with a girlfriend last night, got home at midnight, slept until 10 a.m.!!!! That never happens in this house with me, but man was it nice. So much for going to the creek to haul out rocks early in the morning, though. Very hot already, in/out thermometer says 94, but I'm positive it's not that hot! Ground is like concrete where I'm planting stuff in new landscaping project area. And, now that I think of it, the rocks in the creek will be in the shade, and the water will make it cooler ... think that's where I'm going after all!

I have had them trip over grass clumps when it gets to high so that is the only part of my lawn that I cut short .Well hope all goes well on the happy day .

gosh looked and it is only 74 here at 11:30 and heavy dew on the ground .I can't wait to see the area .I love local traveling much nicer and more relaxing

Well, my thingy on my post above says it's "only" 82 here, but the deck is so hot the dogs won't even stand on it waiting to come into the house unless the door is open! Yikes!!! Going to be a scorcher. Not going to transplant any more plants to the new area until it rains, which is at least a week away. Hot and dry here through next weekend. Great if you have a pool ... which I do not. LOL

the weather has been great here so far ,lots of rock hunting done and more to do .So many rocks and so little time .have to look some more .

Poured down rain early this morning but when I got up it stopped and sun came out and shone brightly for the rest of the day! I found some rocks today also sissy and discovered our little town by the railroad tracks has a bunch of them just waiting for me to nab! So each time I go into town I will bring my bucket and fill er up :banana:

Wonderful weather these days, and bugs seems to be mostly gone. Thought for sure we were going to get a thunderstorm, big black cloud came and hovered around city, but I think it blew to Saskatchewan!
