How wonderful CE. What a once in a lifetime experience fror your husband and the humming bird. We haven't been to our state fair in decades.

no rain today but it is nice and cool and windy have not had the air on for 2 days it has been so nice .Just have the windows open

Thank goodness, our local temperature is going to drop from 105 all the way down to 104 tomorrow. Come next Monday we will have to get our coats out since the projected high is only 99 degrees. LMAO! Ain't I a stinker.

was nice out all morning and then a sudden heavy rain and now it is getting hot out and humid .Gosh glad I don't live there lou how are all you new plants doing with all that heat .

All plants are fine. An efficient irrigation system is the reason. Thanks for asking.

Here things are nice and cool today, I think we got to 72 degrees today!

We are staying consistently around 80F everyday now. I am going to get wayyyyyyyyyyyyy spoiled w/ all this warmth from Mr Sun and one of these days he's gonna vamoose and I may never see him again till next Summer and I will be very,very sad :bye2:

alright Lou...I think you stole our usual weather patterns here...cuz it's been muggy but in the 70's and lower 80's here lately..last year today it was 103...big difference

cool here again and windows still open getting nice breeze and company got in and are sleeping off the long drive .The said the hit on and off rain coming down from NJ

Been raining all week, just got rain at the rate of 6 inches an hour, dumped .57 inches in 5 minutes. Pond getting flushed again.

June through August it is a high of 95 - 105 and sunny everyday. No clouds ever, no rain ever, just sun and dry heat.

I believe it is about 98 today and blue as far as you can see. Same ol summer here. I just love the rare rain storms that are so few and far between.

My friend in St. Luis had more rain a few months back in one day then we get in an entire year!

I saw on the news that some people got lots of rain and there was flash flooding somewhere down in the USA. That's got to be freaky, cause they showed pictures on CNN of mobile homes that floated away.

Here in Canada, things are real nice night tonight, currently about 72 degrees, no wind, and I am sitting outside by the pond in my bug free zone right now. The lights are shining on the pond, the fish are hungry all the time, and I have the neighbor girl over playing her clarinet horn and my hubby is playing the flute, they are playing the song to the "Friendly Giant"! Poppy is howling .... wish you guys here cause we are having fun!!
