Let's see if I can get this straight..... According to our weatherman, some guy in Chicago got ticked off by some guy in Ontario correcting him on the propper spelling of a Canadianism, and in retaliation he sent a sh--load of really crappy weather to Ontario. So now we are going to get freezing temperatures, ice pellets, freezing rain and then rain for the rest of the week!!!!! :grumble: Sorry, Mark! I won't make THAT mistake again!!

Yup it’s going to be a nasty one today Haro. My office is out by the Airport. It was dry when I got here (6:20am) started with ice pellets, and now it is currently snowing.

It hasn't hit us yet. but the TV tells me it's getting closer! School busses are cancelled, so I'm home with the grandkids today. Over 200 flights in and out of Pearson cancalled by 7:30 this morning. IT'S SPRING, FOR PETE'S SAKE!!!!!

Rain, and more rain. Current temp. is 43 with wind-chill of 35. Guess it will be a while before I can do any more work on my bog-to-be.

Well two days ago I had real cold weather and ice was back in the pond. Last night was so warm and we had a nice light rain, so I left some of the greenhouse plants outside overnight. Today is shaping up to be just a beautiful morning, and we should get to 54 today! Maybe I can get the little pond in the front yard up and running .....

Some fat puppy was fed too much and now the house has a funny smell ...... got to take those farting puppies to the park soon! Why is it the silent farts smell so much? Need fresh outside air, and Poppy won't admit it was her fault, she said she would never fart, must have been Bear!

sorry guys but 80 gain today with sun i would love to push some of it your way.Supposed to rain tomorrow and have to get supplies to finish the water fall so guessing I cannot get anything done today .They are saying almost 2 inches of rain so don't want to get half started with that kind of rain coming

Rained all day yesterday and then just before the darkness was supposed to arrive the sun came out.............that's not fair at all!
Thanks for the blossoms sissy. I think I see tiny hints of them on some of our trees now. I'd go out and take pix but it's too WET AGAIN :grumble:

I did not realize when I bought the weeping cherry it was pink and the regular cherry is white .Both weeping ones are pink

Right on the freezing mark now, and about a half inch of snow on the ground. Beats the hell out of the freezing rain prediction!

40 something with sunshine. Storms all moved to the deep southern states. Still too wet to paint.

a wee bit of rain last night, and was still a bit overcast this morning, but the sun is now shining and 57* here.

Skys are now clear and we are at 32 degrees right now, the sun is getting hotter and we should get close to 45 this afternoon. We had big white wet stuff that fell from the sky last night, left the ground cold and wet with bits of ice early this morning.

I am still waiting for some really hot weather so I can go out in the garden and do more work, the yard is still wet and mucky in areas. Wish it would just get hot and dry up so I can rake the grass!

Sissy, your trees are just beautiful, and I love cherrys! My fruit trees have not bloomed and still no leaves. My plum tree has white blooms and it gets blooms before it gets any leafs! The trees here should bloom next month at this rate!
