Yum Meatloaf, like it w/ mayo and ketchup since I was a kid!
Not fair Colleen, 70's is too warm for a Canadian winter! We are only getting up to 60F and I thought that was warm! Pouring rain and about 43F right now.
Rooting for Spring sunshine and I like that Big Brother show here too. Wish I could see the Canadian one. Maybe I can online?

Its really warm out right now at 45 degrees! The sun is melting the snow very fast and some evestroughs are just gushing with water right now. Supposed to be 52 tomorrow!! Going to work outside for a while, wearing my summer shirts and cropped pants!

Sissy, if you need any manure, just send a truck my way. LOL I have a huge pile from the barn, almost pure horse poop (i.e. no hay mixed in, as that always has grass and weed seeds in it, which grow very well in gardens!) so it's potent stuff! I just wish my garden would grow corn and beans for goodness sake. I will probably try again this year.
It's really muddy and soggy here, too, JW. We got rains earlier this week, and the frost is out of the ground, so everything is VERY soft except the driveways. The hardest part is waiting for the dry weather, as doing things too soon just makes it 10 times harder to accomplish when it's muddy. Patience is the name of the game ... but oh so hard!!

Welcome, Vivek221!!!! We love new members on our forum. I woke to a pretty coating of snow on the grass, maybe 1" is all. Still coming down, but very tiny pieces, will take a long time to add up to much. Going to be a truck kind of day again. Sucks on gas, but never have to worry on snow, cause I'm a good driver ... just ask me!!!

I have to pay 5 dollars a truckload but don't mind that as i know the farmer can use the money .He loads it and it is already aged .I put a tarp in the back of my truck for easy clean up and let him put it on the tarp .

Lou we don't get the most rain per bucket load..........we just get a steady amount all the time. That's what makes it so depressing. Those other places you listed get dumped on really hard all at once but have nice sunny days in between and we don't

I know there are no haters on this forum, so you all know how blessed I am when watering is the first thing I need to do when I step outside. The sky reminds me of what it was like living in Yosemite. It'ss 74 degrees today and supposed to hit 80 2morrow. But, there is another storm headed this way next week...if you want to call it that. I know some of you might even consider that being something close to sarcasim...I probably would if i was looking forward to slush, mud and snow every day still. I haven't had to turn my heat on for almost 2 weeks now.
the down size on all this sunshine is I can barely see me fish..........Algae, algae and algae. I'm going to go buy a tarp today. I hate tarps when they are used over ponds. They are no better than theives, robbing from the surrounding beauty. But, equally, they can be a great volunteering help with shade.
Today I'm playing outside...I've been a very good girl while recovering and I deserve a playday!
