Low 20's this morning but each day this whole week has been full of sunshine!

Still awaiting tomorrow's snow. Looks like we might be too close to Lake Michigan to see much. Five miles could make the difference between 5" or nothing at all. One of the local communities postponed trick or treating until the weekend. Thought that was a bit of an overreaction.

Snowing a little heavier.

That’s the first time I’ve seen snow here before December. It was just a good dusting, and is already almost gone, but it saws a lot about how this winter will be!

It's really picked up. Guessing about 6" now. I just heard the sound of a car go by, but happened to be looking out the window at the time and never saw it pass by. I thought that was odd. Realized about a minute later that it spun out right in front of my house. It went over the curb and into the grass across the street. He was able to get it out of the grass and drove off.

I take back what I said yesterday. At that point, we weren't expecting this much snow:

Trick or treating has been postponed here now, too. It'd be pretty difficult to have little kids walking around in 6" of snow. It was supposed to start in three hours. I wonder how many people won't find out until they're walking around.

Well, I must say, that picture makes me appreciate my pouring rain, wind, plummeting temperatures & tornado watch. Definitely not ready for snow yet!
