59f and clouding up some as it's supposed to rain tonight. That's ok as we just planted some grass seed and need it watered so we don't have to.

We can't seem to get a break from the rain - we had close to 11 inches in September and it's rained two out of three days in October! Enough already! The mosquitoes are having a hey day!

That was us last year, constant flood watch, flood warnings, floods. This year hoping for rain.

We didn't get the freeze @JBtheExplorer - but I was planning yesterday as a clean up day. It was supposed to be sunny and 60 - instead it rained the whole live long day. Today it's sunny and cold!

We stayed about two degrees above freezing overnight. Definitely cold today. 45°F and windy. Did some minor pond maintenance and slowly prepping for winter.

Same here... broke down the patio pond and found four frogs who thought that was going to be their winter home. Not a great choice guys! Disconnected hoses and timers, collected some odds and ends - too cold to do much more. The lilies will get pulled and cut back if the sun ever comes out! Maybe tomorrow... just too cold to enjoy being out today.

I'm told it lightly snowed last night for the first time this year. Didn't stick. However, we're expecting our first accumulative snow of the season on Thursday. We don't know how much just yet. We could get a trace, or we could get 5". I'm hoping for a trace. Not quite ready for winter just yet. Bad enough we didn't even see 40°F today. :(

Still nice and warm here. High of 68 today. Lilies still blooming and a few butterflies still on flowers. Working on stacking the cord of firewood that was delivered over the weekend. Reminds me- not getting any younger!
