We are having record heat.

55f, the sun is up and rain heading in w/a gusher for tomorrow and I don't usually say this but "it is very welcome" as we can sure use a good dumping!

Over 102 degrees................no rain

We had quite the dramatic thunder/lightning storm last night. Lasted for over 3 hours! This is nowhere near normal for us. We might get one or two shots of lightning usually but this was like watching a fireworks show and the thunder was so loud it rattled the windows!
Over 1200 strikes over 3 hours!

We've been seeing autumn-like weather lately (and I hate it).

63°F and cloudy.

Nearly 90°F today and heat index was in the 90s. Humidity was high today, too.

Things are changing drastically, though.
Come Wednesday, we're going to see low 60s and 50s for the foreseeable future.

Instant winter here. Very cold at night in the 20's and sunny but not too warm during the day either. We skipped Fall!

Very pleasant right now-low 70's during the day, high 40's at night. It is supposed to warm up again though. Thank goodness summer is over. It gets way too hot, and we didn't get even one monsoon storm this year.

Record heat, record dry, September, next few days heading to 90 plus, so record heat for October. Fall seems to be coming next weekend.

very cold and frozen here today. Killer frost here today and all plants will die! Hoping for a Indian summer soon! Frozen in Canada!
