River jumped from 5.5-6 ft yesterday to 21ft same time today. It flooded the neighbors field, but it’s all good ( so far) to the north.

Getting really heavy rain. The front flower bed looks like a pond!

Thought the flooded flower bed was interesting till my water alarm in my basement went off. entire basement flooded.

I hope you did not get much water into your basement.

It is horrible, the rain, we saw videos of people with their basement walls blown out.
We are so lucky our house is on a hill at the top of the hill!

Here is a park in frederick

We are over at Kent island taking a bee break, it rained here but no where as bad as it did near home.

We ended up eating at our fav restaurant, read books, watched movies, a few good goof off days.

About 2" of water, enough to soak new rug and get into paneling and possibly some drywall. First time in 31 years!
Geez that sucks, get those big fans going. We had a water remediation company dry out our Florida condo after the place above had a pipe leak. Wiped out the floor we had just installed. Took a week for it to dry.

We've got nothing but hot, humid weather in the forecast.

Currently 91°F. Not all that humid today, but it's coming.
Upper 80's tomorrow, then mid-90s, and nothing but 90's all week long next week.

Pretty uncomfortable out. Spent the morning trimming trees and doing other things around the yard.
