What is your weather like ... today

One word summary- Crazy! 2% chance of rain today. We are now in our 3rd rain storm in the last 2 hours. 60* and sunny and then all of a sudden its raining. It's constantly shifting, coming from all directions.

lol spitting rain here off and on all day. Clouds winds a bit of rain then sun, then the same cycle over and over. Staying in the low 50's.

Today's weather - Autumn Awesome! Enjoyed some time pondside while birdwatching, then went for an evening walk to enjoy the colors on the trees and a beautiful sunset. Finished it out sitting fireside with a hot cocoa, good company, and watched the flying squirrels glide in the treetops above.

@Somethin' Fishy you get flying squirrels, I only wish I had those instead of the grey mean squirrels in my neck of the woods. Sounds like you had a perfect day, cute dog by the way, is it a corgi.

So my son won a baked goods basket at the school disco for halloween Friday night. I must say the cookies that were in there, three kinds by the way were just irresistible. Now I can't say I'm proud of this, but I ate around ten of those big cookies today. What can I say, it's a cold wet a dreary day with nothing but sanding sheetrock and painting to do. Lunch was so so good. Hang tight @Gemma I'm sure dry weather must be on the way.

@Tara - Yea, I'm not a fan of the gray squirrels, which is a majority of what we have. Rarely see a fox squirrel, and the reds are at higher elevations. But if you go out into the wooded areas up your way after dark, you just may spot some flying squirrels.

They were so good, they were from a small independent bakery owned by a woman at my sons school, you could tell they were made with good quality ingredients. Makes up for the candy corn jar last year.
