-21 Celsius (-6 Fahrenheit) right now this early morning. Poor Birdies outside were chipping like spring is coming, dispite the harsh cold weather were having for March.

I see more bad weather for middle of USA.
Its a long tough winter this year and I think I am going to plant garden early and take cattle panel cold frames (which will be off ponds by then) and put in garden to extend our growing season. So many uses for handy dandy cattle panels. Then after I am done I cut the twine that keeps them in the half round shape and store them flat up against side of fence and old garage....

Where I am at 4-8" is nothing.

Snowed overnight.
That was the worst snow I've had to clean up all season, and it was only about 2". It was the widowmaker snow. The stuff was super heavy and would instantly clog my snowblower. Too heavy to shovel, too. Good thing my neighbor came over and plowed most of my driveway or I'd still be out there.

Its hot!!! Inside my Greenhouse today. No need to use heaters now in pond or greenhouse as daytime heating is plenty. Just use heater at night after sun goes down. Spring is coming soon and sun is growing very stong now. Hopefully next week I can clean my filters in pond and get my big balls spinning!

Nice and 51f here. Just went on a walk and then came home and jumped on bicycle and went for a ride. Now tired!

Below freezing tonight. I hope my flowers are ok. I’ll go out after things warm up a bit. Laughing my butt off as my very pregnant cat demands her kitty treats, she has my dad whipped. He opened the whole top off, not just the little opening. She’s pawing at him, trying to pull it to her. Lol.

We trained our pup to potty outside with treats. Still demands them, we come inside and she stands in the kitchen until we give her one.

Clouds mixed w/sunshine and colder. 32f hmmmmmmmmmmm, could there be more snow in our future?
I think not as 51f is predicted for today.I see 60's is in the line up also and I will take it!

Well the second nor Easter in 4 days is whalloping us . Lost power last Friday until Sunday morning. Spoke to a guy last night at a gas station up he road from my house. He still didn't have power.. less winds this time but greater snow fall. The snow is wet and heavy

For those of you stuck in winter still, with snow and ice, here’s a pic to turn you from frozen blue to green with envy. Proof we have hit spring here! At least this week! It may go back to winter later, but for now I have flowers blooming. Things are still mostly brown, but starting to go green.
Unfortunately for me, spring comes with winds. I look sunburnt on my face and neck from yesterday’s up to 50mph winds.
Pond is getting a bit murky from dust blowing in and spring algae bloom starting. I set up my garden bed frames to the west of it, I need to get the rest of the frames built, dirt added, and plants started.
