47 degrees here this morning and was 44 degrees last night at 1 am .I will never buy another kenmore ,they used to be good stuff but like everything they don't make them last anymore .As long as they don't want my puppies .

Glad no one was hurt @sissy We had an oven go bad and smoke us out while it was in the cleaning cycle. It melted parts and we had to pay to replace cuz warranty was over by not much. Will never again use a cleaning cycle on an oven. I'll do it myself by hand!

They just called and they are still trying to blame me .The microwave has had problems since I got it and I told them the lemon law is in effect now ,4 things have gone wrong with it .The handle broke the second day then the latch broke on the door while the guy was fixing the handle .Then the buttons did not work and the lights on it went out and now this .

I bought a Sears power mower and the drive quit the first time I used it. Lot of oak trees so not much grass, it wasn't stressed out.

So, I had to load it and bring it in for repair which took 2 weeks. The next time I used it the same thing happened. I went to the store and was told they would not refund it, only repair it. I got loud telling the customers looking at the lawn mowers what a piece of junk it was and was promptly refunded.

Here after 3 tries at repairs the lemon law takes effect .A long time ago I had a sears ride on mower (25years ago ) and every time I needed parts it took 4 or more weeks to get parts .They always told me it was the height of the season ,like I didn't know that and since I don't use the lawn mower in the winter why would it break down then .Never bought another one

Craftsman hand tools such as wrenches and sockets are great and have a lifetime warranty. As far as appliances all are made by the cheapest bidder in China and they slap the Kenmore name on it.

We had a Rheem water heater for over 20 years and I pulled a 30 year old built in oven made by Frigidaire when it finally cratered. Appliances now have a motherboard, that oven had a rheostat and a heating element. Things were built to last back then.

64F and heavy rain. Over 3 inches yesterday and at least that much so far today. Gonna be a very wet Winter, but that IS what they have been predicting for my area.

UPDATE: Officially 4.5 inches of rain so far today. Will total out much higher as it is now raining at the rate of 1 inch per hour.

We have had quite a bit of rain ,but it is needed .I think I may need to warm up my snow shovel arms also JW..I also need to get a new snow shovel old ones are starting to break after 30 + years

Prices of food going up cause everything is going to be freezing, if not already.

Freezing cold again in Canada, down to -26Celsius, but that's normal for us.
