Fishy, I had little bit of rain last night, deck was wet, but no rain today, so bet you're dry by now, too! And, the forecast is 70's and 50's for the next 10 days! Can't beat that! Sounds like perfect bog/stream/pond building weather to me!

Yep it stopped.... I did some digging today, but it was still a bit too muddy. I'm ready tho!!

We got one bad storm yesterday that hit the direct tv boxes so waiting for the to ship new ones and hit the phone lines and knocked out them for awhile and talked to Wayne in Florida for century link and found out they are changing the wiring here for the phones to fiber optic wiring .He got my vista back for the time being .I have changed out the modem and the linksys system to new stuff but still having problems .Cost me over 150 dollars so far and still is not working right .I don't want to pay 199 dollars to put windows 7 in this vista as I am thinking it is not worth it and if it still does not work right then that was a big waste of money .I will wait and see what happens as internet keeps going out and that they say is due to the old wiring and to many internet users .I have the speed but it does not stay up .I think the bad storms do not help .It all started 2 weeks ago with the internet .

Dang, that sucks about your internet, Sissy. Once they get the fiber optic wiring installed, you will be good to go, I suspect. That's what is in around here and has been for a few years I think at least. Sounds like old wiring is causing lots of problems in your area, and the storms are adding to the problems. Hopefully they will get that all repaired and your internet up and running properly without you paying more money! It's awful when you can't count on your internet connection. What did we all do 10 or 15 years ago with no internet??? Guess we sat and home and wondered what others were doing, but never would have known what we know now by the click of a few buttons! We are into other people's lives and what they are doing so easily now.

The only thing is it will be 4 months more before they even get to hooking it up to homes and not sure when they will get to my house .

Went on a 10+ mile ride today from my house, all road riding which sucks, but saw some beautiful flower beds in neighbors' yards. And Clyde the mule did awesome!

Days are still nice and warm, but nights are getting cold. Have the heater in the house on these days cause it gets close to freezing at night. Its still quite nice and warm right now, currently close to seventy degrees. Had a nice walk with the puppies tonight.
