It’s a Drosera intermedia, aka spoonleaf or oblong leaved sundew, native to the eastern half of the US. I had a Drosera capillaris too, but it died when the weather got hot.
Thanks for that, I'll keep an eye open for it. I'm really enjoying these carnivorous rascals!

Yeah , this is definitely the time of year i am enveous of those in the south but come spring summer and most of the fall temps you can have it.

Low mid eighties in summer here, not so bad. I actually mid the reset that winter provides. I got 5 acres of all year maintenance

should have known that sounded to good to be true. NICE WE DON'T HERE SQUATE HERE ABOUT THE FIRE. have they swept it under the rug down there as well ? all the land grabs are complete?

The fire that happened there was crazy. Fire snd hurricane winds are a bad combo. Shitty situation

yes but how can a car MELT needing 2800 degrees all the while sitting on untouched asphalt that turns to mush at 300 degrees . i understand heat rises but if you look anywhere such happens the road is scared badly yet not there
